August 5th on the Susquehanna with Kayak Anglers

We are about a week away from the next tournament. This one is going to be on the Susquehanna River! If you like fishing for smallmouth, or have not tried it before, you should make this event! This is one of the premier smallmouth fisheries in the country! This event is a joint event with Kayak Anglers and they are taking point on this event.
The scoring website is the same and you can register via the link below. Make sure you select member when you sign up.
Please make sure that you look at the rules, there are a couple of tweeks as we are following Kayak Anglers rules.
For Angler of the Year for MAKBF we will base the points off of the finish positions of those that are members in the MAKBF. If the first place MAKBF member finishes third overall then they are the first place MAKBF member for AOY points.
A couple of items that were answered by KA already:
You can pay and register any time before the event on the site under Kayak Anglers of Central PA August 5 event. The limit will be 5 fish since this is one of our major events with bigger payouts and prize paks! The event page will be on facebook soon along with contact info if you have any questions. Feel free to contact me direct if you have any questions! Thanks! Mike Reinhold
You do still have to be at Blue Mountain between 430-6am the morning of the event to sign in, get identifier code and end of day checkin instructions. After you check in you may then proceed to your chosen launch point but may not paddle out till 615

  3. This is my first time visit here. From the huge amounts of remarks on your articles,I surmise I am not just one having all the satisfaction right here!

  4. I'm a newbie so expect me to really soak all these in while I still wade in new territories. My partner and I just recently purchased a Kayak for fishing and I'm still learning a lot about how to safely maneuver it along the river. It's a great vessel for fishing and I love how I can operate it with ease. I also stumbled on this site giving tips and information on kayaks, check it out:

  5. Your work article, blogs I mean over all contents is must read stuff.
